Add more functionality to your Ankarsrum Original model stand mixer with the Ankarsrum Meat Grinder Harvest Package attachment. Easily make fresh ground beef, pork, chicken, lamb or custom blend meats for burgers, meatballs or sausage. The additional strainer attachment allows you to make velvety smooth purees, sauces & jams as well. The 7-piece attachment set includes a grinder with a 4.5mm hole disc, feeder table, food pusher, splash guard, sausage stuffer & strainer. Once you've finished grinding meat, disassemble & handwash the components with warm water & mild dish detergent; allow to air dry thoroughly before storing.
